Sugar coat it how you want it is just not the same on both ends. Racism from white people stems from supremacy, if a black has issues against a white person it stems from anger. For example let's look at the movements black power/black lives matter is not about oppressing whites but it's about having the same rights and kkk is about oppressing anyone who is not like them.
Some black kid may make a white kids life hell but that kid can go that extra mile, work harder in school, wear that suit and late get a top earning job in the city by that black kid can work as hard as he wants, wear that suit but he will never get the top post in a city company.
