The Human Centipede isn't so bad imo, the concept is sick but the first one is actually an ok film, you don't actually see anything to graphic.
The second one is way worse, the guy masterbate using sandpaper, he wraps his pens in barb wire and rapes a woman and a new born baby's head is crushed. The 3rd one is terrible.
