the rules don't have anything to do with being banned. there is no review process any more. 1 mod can do whatever they like and there is no way to protest. it's been that way for years now. the other mods don't even know who each other has banned. they just do it on their own volition, and there is no discussion at all.

Does anyone know the last time an unfair ban was overturned? definitely not lately.
That being said, i do notice the mods are more sparing with their bans, and are not as ban happy as they were a few years ago... so i guess that's a good thing. It's less fair, but less abusive at the same time if that makes any sense.
I'm not complaining, just making my personal observation.
