I'm a boy and my school isn't failing me whatsoever.. in fact we're given far more attention than girls in nearly every circumstance.. if a girl wears a short skirt she's told "go home! that's distracting the boys" (thus placing a boys education at a higher importance than boy's)

Your constant desire to suggest men are oppressed is ridiculous and entirely untrue.
