Well obviously. On the other hand there's no need to run to your manager every hour asking if it's ok to check BBC / email when you'll likely be doing that for 3 mins or less.

Joey, I agree...it won't even be an issue during everyday working life tbh unless it's someone that needs investigating anyway. In which case, fair enough.
