It would help them if they actually employed judges who can spot talent rather than the people they have on now

Hardly Nicks fault the show sucks recently...though hes an easy scapegoat

Rita will leave I expect, given (this may have been just rumours) she only took her place on the panel as Nick was there

Surprised Olly hasn't been sacked...I know it was a mistake, but it was a massive one
