What's the issue? They are both of age and both consenting. If this woman wasn't a teacher no one - other than those who strangely have issues with age gaps - would care. So why is it any different just because she's a teacher? I actually think it's both incredibly patronising and contradictory that on the one hand there's this assumption that age 16 people are suddenly capable of giving consent and being in control of their own body, but on the other hand if it's their teacher they're being used and abused

perhaps someone who is of age is perfectly capable of understanding what their relationship with their teacher is but is still happy enough to consent?
