Actually I just had a look, since you brought up your infraction, you never posted politely alf you took the opportunity to have a dig, if you don't wish to debate with certain members then the adult way to go about it is to make use of the ignore option not quote the member that you say you don't want to debate with and post to them? Having looked at the post you reported I don't find it to be offensive or insulting to you at all which is more than likely why it wasn't removed from the forum.
