I had a feeling Alana was the winner midway through the series, but I had a few doubts about her actually winning last night.
But I was SHOCKED when Sugar picked her. Glad she won. I also think both Lord Sugar and Claude have a soft spot for Alana. The 'daughter they never had.'  She is a very sweet, likeable person.
