From the sounds of it she went around telling people Jessica was being racist about Alex when Jessica was not, it got back to Jessica I think and all the lies Megan were telling made her public enemy so she quit. Alex said she had to go to production and ask if Jess was saying these things and they told her no.

I think from what I have seen/heard

Cody, Jessica, Mark, Elina, Dom, Racen, Paul, Mark and Christmas seem to be an alliance

The others are on the other side, with Kevin and Jason possibly playing both sides?
