They haven't left ours since then oddly enough, so I genuinely think they are either just bein g dickheads for the sake of it, or are very very crap at their jobs.
It is a disgrace.If it gets too much worse i can see councils ending up in court.It's them who aren't doing their job properly.Not collecting is totally counter productive and won't make anything better.Just the opposite waste just builds up on the streets instead of where it should be.It's the opposite of green.Blaming the public for their own failings.
