Who live alone without much of a support system around them?
I doubt many people a lot younger than that age group would be at all interested in recuperating in a stranger's house or that many of them would have a problem with no family, friends, neighbours. It's probably open to all ages, but we know which age group would predominantly benefit from it. |

Yes, but it's for the lonely people who don't have much in the way of visitors and people looking out for them. There'll be a lot less patients outside of the OAP age range. I imagine anyone in great need of constant medical attention would qualify to remain in a bed in hospital.
