So basically it depends if you think people are referring to you or not whether you consider it offensive? Thought so.

I hate,despise cats ............ People are too precious now and take everything so seriously ,their lives revolve around digging for **** to throw at people, move on ,ignore and get on with your lives ,without he called you something wrong direct to your face

I actually agree with this. People seem to have turned into snowflakes and looking for anything to be offended about. Does it make their day any better by complaining about it? I dread to think how they would've coped in the 70's and 80's when tv shows (especially comedy) was tinged with homophobia, racism and sexism on a regular basis. They'd have a fit.

No one is actually having a fit though, I was just saying that it must not be very nice to be the butt of someones joke like that. I have no idea what the relevance is about going back to the 70's/80's, thankfully we've moved on from when sexism/racism was rife and now it's not ok to do things like touch womens asses at work and make sure they make the coffee for the boys etc
