			Drink tea (any kind, green tea, lemon/honey/ginger tea, other flavours etc). Also I find vicks and inhalers really help too. Also try to go for a walk, you will feel worse if you stay in bed all day long. Last edited by caprimint; 15-12-2017 at 12:43 PM. | |||
