We were discussing this last night as we watched that Sex Doll docu (which was odd)

The blonde hair thing dates back to Viking times as they brought blonde women and us lot were dark haired or red haired and so they became unusual and sought after

yes a lot of europe but then we brits exported this to the USA and Oceania
