Teachers found him climbing on cupboards and scavenging through rubbish bins to get food. He was nearly 5 years old and only weighed 1st 9lbs ffs? This child regularly arrived at school with bruises and even black eyes and yet despite the schools suspicions, they did nothing.

They killed a poor wee helpless child in this country. They committed murder in this country, so why the hell would we put them on a plane and send them back to Poland?

That post was referring to the facts criminals are allowed to stay in this country as the man had a history of being in prison.

Hmm. I was saying that, in my opinion, it would be quite right to say it about the school. Obviously the mother and boyfriend were primarily responsible for causing his death, but those others who were supposed to be looking out for him - I feel - are also criminally responsible.

I agree, the school in particular who admitted to being highly suspicious but washed it all under the carpet. That poor little guy could of been saved if just one of those teachers had spoken out.

There have been some heavy investigations into this. I believe they are still ongoing. Even David Clegg got himself involved.

You continually wrongly accuse me of 'not making myself clear in posts' keep giving me advice to 'calm down' to 'not be so sensitive' etc, but it is you who really need to read through a post properly and contemplate BEFORE responding, because I was clearly NOT saying that these two bastards should be sent back to Poland for the torture and murder of this innocent child, but:

a) Merely using this article to corroborate that Adam was correct in claiming that foreign criminal turds are NOT always deported.

b) Specifically emboldened the part of the article which actually proved what Adam was saying was correct. Namely, the fact that this evil Polish bitch's evil boyfriend had already been arrested at least 6 times and jailed 3 times PRIOR to committing this atrocity and my point was that IF this bastard HAD been deported after his first, second or third jail term, or after any of his 6 arrests - THEN THIS POOR ANGELIC LOOKING INNOCENT LITTLE CHILD MIGHT - JUST MIGHT - HAVE BEEN ******* SPARED BEING TORTURED AND MURDERED.

One of the reasons we are a democracy is because everyone is entitled to a fair trial, no matter their colour, creed or country of origin.

If they are proven guilty, by all means deport them. Two have not however, and they join the thousands of other law abiding refugees (again, they are law abiding until proven otherwise).

I'm no PC spokesman as many of you know, but people living in our country do have rights, and they should be upheld, no matter their origin.
