…it is still stated that screening starts at 50yrs, that is correct…but a three year time period is also given for that screening to take place…as in…(…if you haven’t heard from us before you’re 53rd birthday, then let us know because rather than being in the pending file, you might have slipped into the overlooked pile…)…that’s how it seem to be anyway, but it still begins from 50yrs and some will get screened in their 50th year…

…anyway, I’ve had annual screening for a few years but am back to three years now…the next one is next year, I think…

…that’s exactly the reason being stated…not so much that the goalposts have been moved but that some health authorities can be experiencing up to a three year delay with first screening…but others might not have that delay…/depending on the area/backlog…
