Heaven keeps the series alive but then it completely dies altogether after Week 3, has a small revival for two or so week in the middle when Jem comes but then dies again soon after she leaves.
It's really dull and it's focused on showmances alot, there's very little fights and the ones that do happen are weak ones, so idk if you'd like that or not.

If you like Jason, you'll probably like Aaron.
BB12 is basically BB13 with a crap cast. They're more likable but boring. Last edited by Jason.; 27-07-2016 at 11:01 AM. |

It was an abysmal series with the worst cast in the history of the show aside from a few that I genuinely believe was by more luck than judgment. The whole thing was focused on showmances (in fact the final week was nothing but) and it just all felt cheap and tacky. Plus it had Brian as a presenter and he'd only just started

I had just started uni so I couldn't really say I wasn't distracted from watching as much as I usually would - we didn't bother getting a tv license either - but I did catch 2 or 3 weeks before I went off for freshers week and it just struck me as superficial, a huge lack of diversity and some of them absolutely revolted me. Marks sense of humour was cancerously awful, Jay and Aden made me want to change my gender and most of the women were utterly inconsequential. Had no interest in watching any more when I left home.

Looking back I don't think BB12 was bad. I actually liked it and preferred that there was t as much manipulation as there is now.
It's probably the most "back to basics" series that C5 have

BB12 is so underrated tbh
But it was boring without Maisy, Heaven, Tashie and Jem

It was a young cast but I don't think it was that TOWIE like really. The girls more so but even then you had people like Rebekah, Jem and Heaven who didn't fit that stereotype. BB12 was probably the series I got most into because like other people have said it did all feel very 'real'. When there were rivalries and fall outs they were natural and not the result of manipulation or housemates deliberately going ott for the cameras. I think the BB12 housemates were some of the most impacted by the whole experience of it as well, I remember Aaron saying that loads of the housemates really struggled after it and that four of them attempted suicide because of the impact it had on their life. Whether that's true or not I'm not sure but the fact that Alex said quite recently that BB ruined her life supports it a bit. Also the fact that apart from Louise and Jay I don't remember any of them trying to continue a career on television or in the public eye.
