But that's the whole point of business , you can't tip toe around stuff like that and it's important to get their budget and measurements so for me that seemed a bit sloppy
Plus think about it if you were a client being contacted by a high market shop it's expected they're going to ask you information about your needs otherwise you're in the dark

And Karen said one of the customer's had a bigger budget of 5 grand but because they didn't know that they only got him to pay over 1 grand lol
