Wires by Athlete .. especially after you know the story behind it


This song is an account of lead singer Joel Pott's fear and hope as he bonded with his baby daughter after she suffered a seizure shortly after being born and was rushed into intensive care .. she recovered thankfully .

I've sat many a night as a 19 yr old smoking weed with my pal just laying back zoning into the war of the worlds album together, I've shed a tear about missing those times.

Wasn't it Richard Burton ? not quite sure but it rings a bell, I liked the album too, this one is one of my all time favourites Parmy,great for chilling out,such a lovely melody and lyrics,singer isn't bad either

Yes it was richard burton, and didnt david Essex sing as well. And the keyboard players been on telly a lot, I cant remember him either..his music however..always.
