I'm confused by this... this looks to me a screenshot from a LinkedIn profile. If its genuine, then that person doesn't work in that position anymore as shown in the October-November 2022.

Applications are still open. I'm not saying outreach by production to potential housemates haven't happened, I just would say this shouldn't be taken as a "hears what we're definitely casting" because there's still the application process open.
