Probably October/September, the main ITV building will be up by July I think though

I'll be very much surprised if it's ready by Sept/Oct. It feels like it's taken them a year to get where they are now.

They only really started in Jan/Feb, all last year they were having to remove polluted soil, check there was no old WWII bombs hidden (due to the location)

If you look at the plans on the first page, the area with the yellow fence is the 'Set Store'


The area of the concrete next to the orange digger in this pic is the terrace, the bit right next to the digger will be the Rovers, or at least I think it is, it could in fact be the Medical center
