Mushrooms were legal here until 2006 when some guy jumped out the window after eating twice the correct dose and drinking a bottle of vodka.

The vodka part was ignored and shrooms were banned within the month. Nevermind the fact that they never killed anyone in the history of the state prior to this.

If you ask me he died of stupidity, not drugs.

The legality thing is a bit of a non entity anyway considering you can just go out and pick the damn things.
