I never, ever thought they would be this stupid to repeat it. Game twists are fine as a one per season thing, don't repeat them

I mean what is their target audience for this I'm pretty sure the ones who saw so many seasons pretty much hated Botb? Season 16 was my first season but I decided to watch the other 15 seasons and it made me hate BOTB even more.

I think what's annoyed me more is that they had the audacity to call it a 'fan favourite'. By all means bring it back, but don't pretend anyone actually enjoyed it as justification for its return kthxbai

The FB page promoted Frankie Grande as a fan favorite just a week ago even though all the comments were critical. This show's been a mess and it just keeps going downhill.

I thought this was a great premiere episode. Interesting characters so far. But knew I'd dislike Audrey... annoying already.

However, wtf @ BOTB being back? I didn't think it was bad but seriously, not worth bringing back. Oh well. The cast and the other twists have caught my interest so far.

It's a slight annoyance towards her tbh but for a couple reasons. The main one is I hate when people literally have an agenda against the opposite sex, especially for the sake of a show like this. She actually didn't even say she wanted to win BB17 - her goal is for a girl to win, not for her to win. It's part of why I disliked Sarah in BBCAN3 and started disliking Bruno a bit towards the end, although in some fairness to him he was more retaliating against Sarah.

I liked the start of that all-girls alliance (not sure if it'll last this time but it has more potential than whatever that attempt was last season) just not Audrey and her mindset. It does seem to be the typical start the past 3(?) seasons now but Da'Vonne and Shelli were really likable that episode.


I also didn't like her DR's, including one point where she seemed pretty cold towards James when he won HOH. I don't remember exactly what she said but something minor that just came across a bit annoying to me after already being annoyed by her through the episode. She brought nothing that I liked besides being mildly annoying, similar to how she came across in the interviews. Seems stuck up and boring but was the center of attention (and I understand she will be but not excited about that). It's only been interviews and one episode but I just don't think I'll like her, I've gotten that kind of off-putting self-righteous vibe from her pretty consistently.

Although Jace, Da'Vonne, and Shelli were the only ones I could get behind so far and yet I still finished the episode thinking this'll be a great cast just cause of the very different personalities.

Okay but this is a show that is steeped in sexism and hasn't had a female win without the help of production in a literal decade, so good for Audrey for wanting to hold it down for the girls.

So? That's just how it's played out and it shouldn't matter. Sure there have been a couple all-male alliances, and that should be fine anyway, but no one I can think of has had their target set on solely females. Maybe last year for a short period because 6 guys aligned together.

But no one ever specifically targeted the girls/guys and were playing the game for the purpose of a specific gender to win, just for themselves. Audrey's mindset on the other hand IS being sexist, not the "sexism" of simply a couple guys or a couple girls grouping together in the game.

Zach was a superfan who had seen every season and Kevin was an adorable intelligent person. Clay is just a recruit who was cast on looks? Don't see the similarities tbh

Great premier though, liked everyone apart from Clay as i'm sure there were plenty of auditionees who deserved to be in that house more than him.

we'll see how long I last! Last time we had a season last this long we were left with episodes devoted to the Jordeff proposal and a rewind week (can you imagine living through that situation? I'd be furious if I wasted a full week in that hellhole of a house.) This show just doesn't have enough substance to last that long. 70-something days was perfect.

Is that even true about Zach? Pretty much everyone claims to be a superfan who has seen every episode and every season. And Kevin was an idiot with a bloated edit Cody could also be summarized as a recruit who was cast on looks tbh
