Was he even in the mountains to start? It seems suspicious that they have found no evidence or the dogs have been unable to find his scent anywhere or any blood from the leg injury he apparently had.

Why did his freinds allow him to go with strangers when he was clearly in no fit state to do so?

Lucy is freinds with Tom (who may I add is a pedo so please no sympathy) who ws attacked by a group Jay was involved in and he was in Tenerife at the time he
was missing.

Why are they not searching other places that they have been spottings of him.

Lucy started a gofund me last year for another man who went missing in the same area who was then found a week later beaten.

If he is mixed up in drugs than he is no longer in tenerife and is either being held hostage in Morocco or his body was dumped in the middle of the sea.

There was a boat that left the port near where he was apparently last seen at around the same time then turned its tracker off.

My gut feelings is it is all a scam to make money especially when his social media was logged into and im not buying the fact he told his mom all his passwords and you would need his phone to access it.

I also feel that he had nothing tk do with the missing drugs but is being blamed as an easy target.

Also a possibility its a revenge attack and I wouldn't entirely rule out being a victim of human trafficking

Whilst I am suspicious of this case I'm also suspicious of a lot of those claims above, especially the bolded ones. They seem like things that spread on social media through a series of Chinese whispers without actually being true

You only have to look on the insta and Facebook account to see they are freinds and have been at numerous events together,

And as for the gofund me the records are there for all of public to see

But that story makes zero sense has he apparently made the call but its now been proven Lucy made the call.

So she claimed he called to say he was lost and instead of going straight there she rang the police and reported him missing but now we know it was her who made the call so my feeling is she had his phone and put it in the mountain ready for someone far away using her phone to call his.

There is proof his phone was there but there has been zero proof found other than a witness saying he asked for a bus that he actually was there.

Also why did she set up the go fund me straight away with out the knowledge of his family

Had he been kidnapped prior and this whole story been concocted it would have been easy to take his phone and make a short call from there knowing that it would be traceable

And they searched the area non stop for days with no dna evidence he was there.

Also I find it dodgy how the Spanish police rejected helk from the British police? Wouldn't more feet on the ground be better? And why are they telling people where to search? Thats wild how they are saying go look there as if they are aware they know they won't find anything

they don't want outside help because all they do is get in the way. You can try and find conspiracies if you like, but its probably one of two options

1. It's an elaborate scam to raise some cash

2. The guy has been killed, and that's probably entirely down to the company that he kept

Either way, they didn't scam me, and i'm not bothered about the safety of someone with a proven violent record

Criminal record doesn't exactly mean they deserve to be tortured or murdered though does it? And the British police would be of higher help to the Spanish especially when it comes to intelligence and being able to track down british witnesses and why are the Spanish police even refusing to speak with the British police over a British resident ? There is a huge possibility he may not even be in Spain and if that's the case then the British need to know

There's a difference though to not being bothered and thinking someone deserves to be tortured/murdered.

It's not really a conspiracy to ask if the police are involved, if drugs and organised crime are involved, then the police are most likely also involved. Police corruption in Tenerife is sky high.

Seriously have a look into the "underside" of Tenerife (and most of these "party destination" islands) - fascinating stuff, and local law enforcement is 100% firmly interwoven with organised crime, either direct involvement or simply a tacit agreement to turn a blind eye.

Either way, we know searchers have been out looking, with dogs. It's not like they are looking in the wrong area from the information provided and what would be gained from walking past a dead body. So, really, whether the police are corrupt or not is largely irrelevant.

What we do know is that the family and friends are dealing with it all quite strangely. I'm pretty sure the spanish police will give up the search pretty soon, and then it will all be forgotten about. It doesn't grab the interest like Madeline did

Only a small niche, people go missing in these places all the time it just so happens that this one grew Social Media and press legs. It won't be the current water cooler chatter in a couple of weeks, there'll be something new. You will of course get a few hardcore "truthers" who will attach themselves to this specific case. Maybe a Netflix doc in a few years to hype it all up again for a couple of months.
