The SS Freedom is now engulfed in flames, and the gang of 12 can only watch on, as their hope begins to sink along with it.


I'm still waiting for my call from the academy

With only a handful of clues as to where they should be heading, confusion is rife and some begin to despair. Ruby starts to panic, Adam pulls his hair out, Amy Jade convulses in the corner, and Ammi begins uncontrollably vomiting over the side of the boat.

But as the confusion settles, some of them start to put the pieces together and they set about their destination...

After a long 2 day journey, the lifeboat pulls up onto Hollywood Boulevard (which is totally realistic), but momentary relief turns into quiet contemplation.

So you go to a cafe, grab a bite to eat, and you begin to wonder if the items in your backpacks will help you on your journey.

There was no elimination tonight as originally intended. Instead there will be a DOUBLE elimination on Friday.


I decided against it because this round has shown me that I need to change a few elements to the game. I've loved seeing how much thought you've put into the clues, some of them were really brilliantly thought out and explained! Regardless of being right or wrong. But it's made me realise that having lots of different clues for the same answer is probably more confusing than it is helpful (and maybe less fun as a result, which kind of defeats the point). So I'm changing things slightly for future rounds, which you'll see starting with Episode 2 (where you will also start working in teams, as well as individually).
