			For a sweet smoothie. Pomegranate, kiwi,apple and blueberries For a savoury. Carrot, spinach, celery, tomato. | ||

			Avocado, spinach, mango, satsuma or peaches, almond milk, and a teaspoon of ground flax seeds (half a teaspoon of raw cacao powder if you want a chocolatey taste). You may need to add water as the mix can be quite thick, but it's a lovely gentle creamy smoothie that should keep you satisfied until dinner (you may call it lunch) time   | |||
