If a Housemate was to only have one trait out of likeability or entertainment which one would you rather that they had? For me personally as I like to speak about the show to my family and on the Forums I do feel that big characters are more important to my viewing experience even if they're a nasty piece of **** (like Helen Wood) over a nice but dull person anyday, but I know that different viewers have different expectations so what's your bigger priority?
Poll will be coming shortly.

An entertaining underdog like Charley or Deana are the most fun to root for.

Unlikeable people aren't entertaining though, unless you mean someone who's unlikeable in a funny way like Charley or Makosi or Craig, meaning unlikeable but entertaining all the way.
But if you mean 'entertainment' as that you talk about them a lot but they're awful people then they're the worst to be and bores forever then |

All of the ones I've cited as particularly entertaining, I have liked in some form... even the really obnoxious, confrontational housemates like Craig, Derek, Nadia, Victor, Science, Aisleyne... I'll like them if I find them funny or if they're standing up to much-worse people.
Examples like Charley... I hated her at the time and she did drain the series for me a bit, but I can appreciate her housemate status because she wasn't overtly evil or immoral. But then there're others who're built up as villains (usually by Channel 5) and just... don't have anything entertaining about them. Helen, Marc (I actually didn't hate him that much, but didn't buy the chuff mentality of 'ISN'T HE A TROUBLEMAKER LOL' either), Lotan, Conor, Sallie, etc... just total write-offs for me. There's being a 2D villain and then there's being a 3D villain.

In BB, definitely likeable and boring. I'm more fine with an unlikeable winner in cbb cos they all get money regardless, but still usually side with likeable and boring.

Tough one but I'll go for entertainment since if I find them entertaining then I'll probably find something likable in them anyway even if it's just that---being entertaining.
Also there's plenty of times where I actually like having a character around to root against. When it comes down to it, I just watch to be entertained. I love plenty of likable but boring people but they simply don't make a season fun to watch.

Likeable > Entertaining
I can't support someone I truly dislike. Some villains get my support (for surviving evictions) in the beginning because it brings the good from the good housemates, but I don't actually want them to stay for long or win.
