I mean obviously there's no place for things like this in any professional sport, but I don't think you can really talk about what is and isn't acceptable language, in reference to Rangers, without mentioning the elephant in the room (which is that as yet they've been unable to address the rampant sectarianism in their own support base).

I don't know, do you have to talk about issues in Rangers fan base in order to condemn the racism of a Slavia Prague player towards a Rangers player?

I don't think the two things are really that inextricably linked

I don't think people in general do, I think it's a bit hypocritical of the club itself and the fan base to feign outrage whilst habitually sweeping bigotry-by-the-bucketload under the carpet year after year. But alienating your own fans is bad for business, I guess.
