Never had lobster
Did take a date once to an Italian restaurant and she ordered lobster
This full lobster came out with a massive amount of mussels
They gave a child’s bib and a pair of claw crackers
Her first attempt saw sauce fly up on her top that was not covered by the bib

…I just googled the menu at our local town one…(…there must be different menus for different branches in the chain…)…ours do a Haddock fillet and haddock is quite a posh thing…the more up market cod, maybe…?..no mention of carrots, though…

I know you're vegetarian anyway Kaz ,but I actually hate how they boil Lobsters alive for food .... it's worse than what they do with other animals.

I think it's kinder to freeze them first ...then boil them. I know it's morbid to think about, but I would rather freeze to death than boil to death. One would be falling asleep and the other would be excruciating pain .
