RAM is sort of pricey these days too, used to be cheap as. Though SSDs are dirt cheap at the moment...

The ease of playing is less to do with the software and more with the hardware hiccups that can happen, I don't wanna be doing a clean reinstall when I wanna play some FFXIV

Yeah, the prices for the hardware is getting a little ridiculous, but as long as bitcoin stays big I think it's gonna keep happening
