The point is that it doesn't really matter at the moment. Kids are trapped and their lives are in danger and saying "well they shouldn't be there" is both irrelevant and unhelpful. They
are there. How it came to pass should be looked into after it's all done and dusted - and I'm sure it will be - but it has nothing at all to do with the current situation.
