The problem with appeasing or respecting those who didn't get what they wanted in the referendum is you end with a partial EU membership with no say. That isn't the leave that was voted for. Had remain won would people have expected to appease leave by partially leaving the EU? I don't think they would. People like Anna soubry would give a little laugh and say not likely, we voted to remain.

just out of interest Jaxie, as there are things brewing. What would be your position if it was proven that Russia had interfered with the vote to get a brexit result. Would you still say the result should stand? Or would you accept the vote as flawed?
