I dip below my wait in may but eating the right thing and doing exercise keep me fit i know its not always easy but you will.feel better for it

My new diet is trying to stay off processed foods and i only drink on occasions now. I found you can actually eat alot more if you stick to fresh food rather than frozen stuff from packets so you don’t feel too hungry. Still have splurges from time to time and go out for meals though. Just have to go without the next day. |

Too much sugar, too much pasta, too much bread, too many potatoes. That is why people are fat. Main culprit is fizzy drinks. That's why people cut out a load of food and end up confused when they still don't lose weight... when they're drinking 50g of sugar or more a day. I personally don't rate slimming world Alfie, especially not for males. It lists pasta, rice and potato as "free foods"
... if you exceed your calories on that sort of bulk you'll end up with A) a belly and B) vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It also tends to be a bit low on protein if you're also exercising.Eat fresh (ONLY fresh), cut out sugar, cut out bulk wheat totally (this means primarily wheat-based products, you don't have to fret over a bit of flour in a sauce etc.), heavily reduce other grains / rice / potatoes, increase veg (especially green veg), fruit, and nuts. Plenty of lean meat protein / fish + moderate other meats (basically don't worry about meat, it's hard to overeat unprocessed meat, you'll get full and stop). Cut your portion sizes. Most people have twice as much on their plate as they should. Half an hour of cardio / HIIT every day, lift heavy stuff for a bit 3 times a week. You'll be hollywood buff in no time |

I stopped going when i reached my target about 5 weeks ago anywayI suppose for me, it was a bit of structure and having to go get weighed kept me focused, also for the first 4 weeks writing down everything you ate helped alot

No worries, I understand what you're saying but for me I felt I needed a bit of structure and someone to answer to every week to keep me focused but I didn't have loads to lose either.
