THIS is one of the cases I would prosecute. Where there is just ****ing absolute stupidity on the part of the caregiver, and tbh, very very odd behaviour...knowing you left your child in a hot car and still not going out even when the tannoy was going off looking for you, and even then just walking slowly rather than ****ing sprinting?! ..and no, I question whether 'having a talking to'is enough in a case like this
