Definitely not fair IMO
As for how it looks... Eh I've never tried a man bun before but one of my best friends has pretty recently switched to a man bun hair style and personally I think it fits him. It could be a good look. Like Tyler in this BBUS season rocks the man bun well  I don't like this guy's man bun specifically though.I also think it looks better with shorter hair / smaller man bun overall but anyway point is they should let him rock the bun!
