...’he doesn’t have a leg to stand on’..(..sorry I’m having trouble doing that bold thing..)...but does he have a bun to wear while he’s not standing on that leg though, TS...surely it shouldn’t matter what the original policy was when he joined the airline..because that policy should have been updated in equality...if female staff can wear buns to keep their hair back when working then surely males should equally be allowed the same..?...it’s a bit like the shoes/heel thing that women have been asked to wear heels but males haven’t...and it has to be one rule for all in these things..?...otherwise it is sexist if that doesn’t apply...
