But yeah, the 16/17 debates are absurd. 17 had an ensemble cast where everyone contributed and caused many moments that were both dramatic and hilarious. 16 was just an awful Nickelodeon version of BB that was purposely made to be safe as a result of BB15. It was strategically boring, it was run by an alliance of awful douche bros, the twists were pointless and awful and lasted way too long, it was nearly a hundred days long :skill: I could go on and on, and trust me I have, but the season is only a "success" bc nobody was racist or homophobic (even though people were hella sexist) and the cast was full of one-note shells of human beings that it allowed production to make a lazy edit by just focusing on each person's single character trait for the whole summer.
