Yeah lol no. Angela didn't even have the decency to say it to Rachel's face, the same way she only ever made digs at people in the goodbye messages, because no one could interrupt her.

The fact that Angela would go and hide in the HoH room whenever Bayleigh tried to confront her in her eviction week sums up her whole existence
