Anyone who actually does anything big and dramatic in there gets nominated by the HMs, and then gets evicted by the public.
What motivation is there for HMs to be big and dramatic? No wonder they all keep it nice and fly under the radar.
If it was VTS then they'd have a better chance of being rewarded for bringing the drama.
