Default So i am on a month long vegetarian diet
Since Monday i have not ate meat and have not missed it,

I decided to try a vegetarian diet for a month because it apparently has a lot of health benefits and i thought what is the worse that could happen,

I also eat way to much meat which isnt good for you

Dont think a month will make any diffences the cells in your blood become new after ever 3 months
