i've been at companies with 360 reviews and everyone knowing what everyone else was earning and it just caused discontent .... why is he/she earning more than me ... they do f all etc etc
 The same company had weekend training courses that were close to compulsory to attend. It was a very forward thinking company in its time, but it just wasn't suitable for anyone with a life outside of work, and Netflix sounds like it's taken that to the next level. |
