Now this can only be for two reasons

One his own safety

Two, they don’t want him out in public while the show is still on.

Love him or loath him this is the negative side of being in bigbrother.

Chances are he'll just stay in his hometown , i doubt he's going to stay indoors . And he's obviously banned from BB appearances but they can't hold him prisoner in his own home.
