The reason that became clear is that if the regular shows could barely muster 600k, the Saturday shows would have dragged the average down even further

It really isn't that complicated

In which case, they needn't have bothered having episodes on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday etc, etc...why not just one episode a week?

You clearly don't remember what I'm talking about. Almost everyone was annoyed with the decision (despite conceding that it made sense ratings wise...you don't need to point that out), but the fan sites implied there was a specific, positive reason for it, and it can't be as basic as "it won't drag the average down". Hence the thread
