Even before the coming out, Cameron had never been nominated enough to be up for eviction.
So most likely would never have faced the public vote.
Had Lewis not been ejected, Lewis would have won I'd say easily.
With Lewis going, Cameron coming out or not, still because of their incredible close bond, the bulk of Lewis's support would still have gone to Cameron, than any of the others.

Definitely Joey, Akeem would have had more chance had he been up against Lewis, we have to remember that neither of them were really popular in the house. Lewis was more popular on the outside and his fans mostly supported Cameron. We know that Akeem thought Lewis fans would support him so we have to ask ourselves, why did he think that. To me it just confirms that they got on ok in the house. Cameron, before Lewis left, was in about 4th or 5th place I believe.
