BB6 was a really solid one even though I didn't come close to finishing it.
Overall I'm not a huge fan of the civilian BB casts from the others I've seen. Usually a few great ones and then a lot I don't care much aboout. 18's was probably the other best even though I didn't like the actual season all that much and there were a few I reeeally hated.  CBBUK... I wasn't a big fan of 16's cast (and 11's cast  ) but the rest are pretty equal... I might go with CBB17 for being the most balanced for me.  Maybe 19 especially with Kim elevating it. Bear/Heavy/Marnie could NOT save 18 but that was an iconic top 3 trio as well.
