Try taking acidophillus, it will take several mths for results but its good for hair and nail growth.
They give it to cows and found that their hair and hoofs grew well, its a good natuaral antibiotic too. Those actimel drink type things are a joke Acidophillus has about 4 billion compared to near on nowt in actimel. |
