Ehhh there's a week left to pick tbf and people will be able to pick out of turn when eligible so I think there's enough time. I want to give everyone a chance, considering time zones and say if it's 6-8 hours, someone could be sleeping through every hour of their pick.
 Will definitely shorten it though if we're not looking good on time after the 1st round!
