I think she wants to stream video rather than a solution for playing downloaded stuff.
To be honest though, "unofficial" streams are sort of a dying breed with the sites constantly being shut down and blocked by ISP's these days. Only ways to go are subscription streaming (Netflix et al) and VPN + torrenting. For copyright free material of course.
