From a brief scan it just sounds like increased worker's rights alongside an attempt to limit "benefits tourism"? I understand that for some utterly bizarre reason there's a sort of distaste for increased worker's rights these days though. "It should be 70 hour weeks and no holidays!! Life? What do you mean, life? Life IS work, work IS life!"
